Tabletop Gear Worth Buying
Whether you are prepping for a tournament, the next D&D session or playing solo, there are a few basic items that will make the game go more smoothly. Here’s a list of gear that might be nice to have on hand.
- Dice – Obviously you’ll need some dice! You really can’t have enough dice.
- 2x Tape Measures – For wargames that require a tape measure, it’s nice having a 2nd one on hand just in case your opponent forgets theirs!
- Objective Markers – You can use any token for this but it’s nice to have dedicated tokens with numbers on them.
- Double-Sided Tokens – These can be used for a variety of thing, such as activation tokens, wound trackers or anything really.
- Super Glue – Be the savior at your local club & always have a spare tube of super glue on hand.
- Combat Gauge – In some situations where using a tape measure may be clunky, these are a nice alternative.
- Dial Counters – For keeping track of Wounds, Points, the Score, Etc!
